Exchange & Returns Policy

Woodpeckor is on mission to provide designer and best quality cotton clothes to all. In this journey, we craft limited edition garments, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. 

Under this policy:

  • We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange.
  • Replacement is possible in case of quality defect issue. 
  • Size exchange available only once after purchase. All Sales are final.
    No return, refund. Instead, amount will be refunded in the form of online store credit/gift coupon for woodpeckor online store with no expiry date.
    Refund to mode of payment is only possible in case of quality defect.
  • To be eligible for an exchange/replace/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with seal & all tags intact and in its original packaging.
    Return to origin, quality check and re-ship takes 15-30days for quality checks passed cases.
  • Outer packaging is a must at the time of return pickup. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; Woodpeckor reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
